Colleen Rogers is an associate, with a general civil litigation and probate practice.
Colleen attended Eastern Michigan University, where she obtained her B.S. in Political Science and Spanish. She then attended the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 1997. Colleen began her legal career primarily handling civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on insurance defense. She then moved to a firm where she continued her civil litigation practice and also worked as a probate attorney, handling wills, estates and probate litigation.
Colleen concentrates her practice in civil litigation and probate matters, with an emphasis on civil litigation, commercial litigation and the defense of medical malpractice claims. She also handles a wide variety of probate matters, including wills, trusts, estate planning and probate litigation.
Colleen is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan and a variety of other law related societies that emphasize civil litigation and continuing legal education regarding probate and estate matters.
