Deborah A. Dolenga (ddolenga@dolengalaw.com)
Deborah Dolenga is a founding partner of the firm. She is a transactional attorney, with particular expertise in financial law, mortgage compliance and real estate matters.
Debbie attended the University of Michigan, where she earned her B.A., with a dual major in English and Psychology in 1990. She then attended the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 1993. While in law school she completed a legal internship with the United States Immigration Attorneys office, and also participated in U of D's London Law Programme.
Debbie started her professional legal career handling real estate matters and working as corporate counsel for mortgage companies. She then joined Financial Law Associates, P.C., before forming her own law firm, Deborah A. Dolenga, PC. She helped found this firm in 2000.
Debbie currently heads the firm's transaction department. She represents various businesses, banks, mortgage companies and individuals in business transactions, real estate matters, mortgage compliance and banking issues.
Debbie is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan and the Michigan Mortgage Brokers Association (former Government Affairs Committee Chair). She is also a licensed real estate sales person.
